Christmas Information
Please be aware that our last day for Christmas delivery will be at midday on the 19th December 2025.
We are still accepting orders over Christmas, but we’re unable to dispatch deliveries to our courier partners from the 24th to 28th December. All orders placed during this time will therefore be shipped from the 28th and can be expected within our usual 2-3 business day delivery times.
Our offices will also be closed on the 31st December and 1st January 2026, and we will reopen fully on the 2nd. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you and your pets have a lovely Christmas.
Delivery Information
Your YAKERS order will be delivered to you on the next working day for the majority of mainland UK (when ordered before mid-day Monday to Friday). Orders placed after mid-day will be collected the following working day to start their journey to you.
Our couriers deliver our orders during the working week only therefore, any orders placed after mid-day Friday and over the weekend will be collected and despatched from us on the next working day (i.e. the following Monday). Therefore over bank holidays there may be a delay in your order.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that you receive your YAKERS treats in perfect condition and are happy with your purchase. However, if you experience any issues, please either contact us via live chat or use our contact form selecting "I have an issue with my product" and one of our team will support you.
When returning items, please ensure that they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for returning the items to us in the same condition they arrived. We recommend using a tracked service with insurance to protect yourself in case the items get lost or damaged during transit. Please note that you need to contact us to arrange a return before sending any items back.
